You can transfer your shares to other interested parties at any time via the Guildroof marketplace — provided a buyer is found.
There is no guarantee of the purchase price.
How you exit
There are two ways out: the marketplace, at any time — and the joint decision at the end of the term.

Refinancing with a ⅔ majority, otherwise sale
You can transfer your shares to other interested parties at any time via the Guildroof marketplace — provided a buyer is found.
There is no guarantee of the purchase price.
The holding period is 5 to 10 years and is linked to the mortgage.
At the end of the term the owners decide: refinancing with a two-thirds majority, otherwise sale. You are informed six months in advance.

If Guildroof ceases to exist, the building still belongs to its owners. They appoint new management.
Shares are not traded on a stock exchange. Whether and when you can sell depends on a buyer being found.
